Arthritis Profile
The Arthritis Profile at Agrawal Diagnostic + Health Centre provides focused investigations to assess joint health, inflammation, nutritional factors, bone density, and selected autoimmune or musculoskeletal conditions. The package combines laboratory testing, targeted imaging, and bone health assessment to support appropriate evaluation and further medical guidance.
Blood & Laboratory Investigations
Complete Blood Count
CBC evaluates important blood parameters and provides supporting information during the overall assessment of musculoskeletal health.
ESR
ESR is an inflammatory marker that may help assess inflammation when evaluated alongside symptoms and other clinical findings.
Calcium
Calcium testing helps assess an important mineral required for healthy bones and normal muscle function.
Uric Acid
Uric acid testing helps evaluate elevated uric acid levels, which may be associated with gout and related joint symptoms.
Rheumatoid Arthritis Test
RA testing supports evaluation for rheumatoid arthritis when considered alongside symptoms, examination findings, and other investigations.
Vitamin & Nutritional Assessment
Vitamin D3
Vitamin D3 assessment helps evaluate vitamin levels that play an important role in maintaining healthy bones and supporting musculoskeletal function.
Vitamin B12
Vitamin B12 testing helps identify vitamin deficiency that may contribute to certain neurological or general health symptoms.
HLA B27 Testing
HLA B27 testing may support evaluation of certain inflammatory joint and spinal conditions when clinically indicated.
Joint X Ray
Specific X rays of the affected joints provide imaging that can help evaluate bones and joint structures for changes associated with various musculoskeletal conditions.
Full DEXA Scan
A full DEXA scan assesses bone mineral density and helps evaluate bone health and the risk of reduced bone density.
Who Can Consider an Arthritis Profile?
The Arthritis Profile may be useful for individuals experiencing persistent joint pain, stiffness, swelling, recurrent joint discomfort, or other musculoskeletal symptoms. Specific investigations should be interpreted by a qualified healthcare professional based on individual symptoms and medical history.
