Tests Included

Complete Blood Count and ESR

CBC evaluates important blood parameters including red blood cells, white blood cells, haemoglobin, and platelets, while ESR helps assess signs of inflammation.

Diabetic Profile

Includes HbA1c and fasting blood sugar to evaluate average blood glucose levels and help assess diabetes risk and control.

Lipid Profile

Evaluates cholesterol and triglyceride levels, including HDL, LDL, VLDL, cholesterol ratios, and other lipid parameters associated with cardiovascular health.

Liver Function Test

Health Check Up Guidelines

• For spirometry or PFT, avoid asthma inhalers, tablets, or steroids for 12 hours before the investigation as advised by your doctor. Have a full breakfast before the test.
• Please arrive for blood investigations after strict 12 hour fasting.
• One relative may accompany the patient, preferably.
• Carry your previous medical records and current medications.
• If you have hypertension or diabetes, continue your regular medication as advised by your doctor.
• Avoid alcoholic beverages, including wine and beer, for 72 hours before the health check.
• Wear comfortable clothing and footwear and avoid jewellery on the day of the health check.
• For a stress test, carry suitable sports shoes. Male patients may require chest shaving from the collarbone to the abdomen for electrode placement.
• Additional tests or investigations performed during the health check may be available at a discounted rate.
• Investigation reports will be made available within 5 working days.
• Typed medical summaries and additional investigation reports can be sent by courier at an additional cost.
